Last Sunday at Seeta Community Church, Pastor Stephen Ssempijja shared a powerful message from
Matthew 26:1–16 titled “Responses to Jesus: Devotion and Betrayal.”
The message challenged us to examine how we respond to Jesus. The woman who anointed Jesus demonstrated sacrificial devotion, while Judas chose betrayal for temporary gain.
We were reminded that true devotion costs something and that nothing should become more valuable to us than Christ.
Don’t sell what is priceless. Don’t trade Jesus for temporary gain. Respond to Jesus with total devotion.
